Friday 10-23-09

"The Bear"


7 sets of the sequence:
- Power Clean
- Front Squat
- Push Press
- Back Squat
- Push Press

For 5 rounds
Post loads

I started with 55lbs ended up with 75lbs
Taku - 135lbs
Eric - 105 (first time doing the bear-nice!)

My form suffered as I fatigued (as barry so nicely put it - I was "all over the place")
but I felt good through out. have to work on receiving the bar in the back.
