the wods I looked at called for 30 GHDs, but since we haven't had much exposure I thought 20 was better. for now.
I think that is a good start to adding GHD situps into our workouts. Kind of scared and it may take a while, but I think it's doable.
misssed todays wod :( and, I'll be in the city tuesday morning... so I won't get my daily dose until wednesday. jonesing already.
