Saturday 10-24-09

Push press 1x1x1x1x1x1x1

taku: 135, 155, 166, 175, 185, 190lbs! (next time we do this he will hit the 200 mark)
annaminh: 70, 75, 80, 85, 90, 95 - fail... but still 90 is a pr by 10lbs!

Then.......
Complete as many rounds as possible in 12 minutes:
5 Pull Ups
10 Push Ups
15 Double Unders

annaminh: 11 rounds - had to switch to band pullups after 3rd round.
taku: 10 rounds
