50 Jumping pull-ups (armes locked out at bottom- chin over the bar)
50 Kettlebell swings, 1 pood (crossfit style - over head )
Walking Lunge, 50 steps
50 Knees to elbows
50 Push press, 45 pounds
50 Back extensions
50 Wall ball shots, 20 pound ball (15 for the girls)
50 Burpees (chest to ground, hands over head jump)
50 Double unders (sub 200 singles)
Elizabeth - 15lbs wallbals, 200 singles and stepups - 27:10
Annaminh - 15 lbs wallballs - 27.15
Taku - Rxd - 33.20
Monday - rest day
