Thursday

AMRAP in 20 minutes of:

5 handstand pushups
10 knees-to-elbows(T) / GHD situps (AM)
15 kettle bell swings 35lb (AM) / box jumps (T)


Both of us finished 8 rounds.
I really felt my abs the day after this one. Love the GHD situps!

  1. looks good. the amraps really makes you work. when you know you only have a minute and a half, you really want to get that last round in!

  2. I'm thinking ghd's instead of k to e's for me. my busted hand acted up after todays pullups
