I woke up this morning feeling super alert and light and happy! I will for sure do the smoothie thing once a week... I didn't get hungry at all.

through out the day I had 3 smoothies, this is what I ate yesterday: 2 heads of romain, 4 cups spinach, 2 tomatoes, 1 pummel fruit, juice of 1 lemon and a bunch of cilantro. So my total calorie intake was around 350. (same as 1 slice of pizza!)

I felt very full at the end of the day. So I don't think I can count this as intermittent fasting, even tho I take it all in in liquid form. But I do think it is low enough in calories to turn on those protective mechanisms that sensitizes insulin receptors when deprived of calories to then desensitizing them when there is a surplus...

I must admit, when james made very buttery popcorn late at night I had a hard time staying away, but I'm glad I did.

So, Taku is out of commission : ( you better get well soon!) I'll be working out by my self today, and have decided on "Mary" since I have never done her before.

Complete as many rounds in 20 minutes as you can of:
5 Handstand Push-ups
10 One legged squats, alternating
15 Pull-ups

7 rds, hspus to low part of ab mat... I should do without next time.
after the first round I did the pistols with 2 fingers on the door frame.

  1. I'm going to try it as well. I think that I will need at least 6 drinks to keep my hunger away. I miss working out already.
