When the WOD begins you will do
1 deadlift and 12 box jumps, then
2 deadlifts and 12 box jumps, then
3 deadlifts and 12 box jumps…
4 deadlifts and 12 box jumps…etc.
You will have 15 minutes to climb this ladder as high as you can go.
Rx’d – men = 225lbs. women = 155lbs.
Taku, Rxd, big box: 9 rds
Erik, 175 lbs: 10 rds + 4 DLs
Annaminh 135 lbs; 10 rds
