HSPUs, ring dips, pushups
Annaminh: 15:16, HSPU's to abmat, light band on ring dips.
form was ok on the 21s, terrible on the 15s, a little better than terrible on the 9s. so I'm giving myself an extra 30 sec for pathetic pushups...
So; 15:46, pr with 52 sec.
Taku: Amrap in 20: 30 DUs, 15 GHD situps, 15 back extensions.
