Monday 10-05-10 WOD


For time:

70 Burpees

60 Sit-ups

50 Kettlebell swings, 1.5 poods

40 Pull-ups

30 Handstand push-ups


compare to Last Monday


AM: 18;20 (40 sec faster than the reversed wod.... but I think it was because the cheering on at the end.)
