tuesday 10-05-11 WOD

Snatch WOD:


5 Rounds for time of:


1 Snatch (m:45kg,f:30kg)

3 Hang snatch (full squat )

6 Snatch balance

9 Overhead squats


Last time I did this I used 45lbs : 14:23.

Its harder than it looks. with light weights this is a great wod for working on form.


Annaminh: 45lbs 9:20

Taku: 75lbs 10:29


we didn't do the full squat on the hang snatch... oops.
