Snatch WOD:
5 Rounds for time of:
1 Snatch (m:45kg,f:30kg)
3 Hang snatch (full squat )
6 Snatch balance
9 Overhead squats
Last time I did this I used 45lbs : 14:23.
Its harder than it looks. with light weights this is a great wod for working on form.
